Rafael Lucio
The municipality of Rafael Lucio is located in the state of Veracruz, is one of the 212 municipalities of the state and has its location in the mountainous area of the state. Its coordinates are 19°35 "north latitude, with a west longitude of 96°59" and with a height of 1,840 meters above sea level. The name of the municipality is in honor of the Veracruz doctor and scientist Rafael Lucio Nájera who would describe Lepromatous Leprosy and who was a doctor of Benito Juárez and Maximiliano de Habsburgo. The municipality consists of fourteen localities in which 7,023 people live.
