Calimaya
Calimaya is one of the 125 municipalities of the State of Mexico, it is a locality with both urban and rural communities that has an area of 102,317 km² and whose municipal seat is the population of Calimaya de Díaz González. Bordered north with Toluca, Metepec and Mexicaltzingo. To the south with Rayón and Tenango del Valle. To the east with Mexicaltzingo, Chapultepec, Tianguistenco, San Antonio la Isla and Rayón. And to the west with Tenango del Valle and Toluca. According to the 2010 census it has a total population of 47,033 inhabitants. The current municipal president is the citizen Armando Levi Torres Aranguren, who began his period of work since January 1,2016. In the municipality is the well-known Zoo of Zacango.
