Salvador Alvarado
Salvador Alvarado is one of the 18 municipalities of the Mexican state of Sinaloa, located in the center-north of the state, is one of the most populated of Sinaloa, its head is the city of Guamúchil. It receives its name in tribute to General Salvador Alvarado, illustrious statesman and Sinaloan, who fought in the Mexican Revolution, under the orders of Venustiano Carranza and who ruled the state of Yucatan in 1917 and 1918.
