Culiacán
Culiacán, officially Culiacán Rosales, is a city in the northwest of Mexico, capital and largest city of the state of Sinaloa and the municipality of Culiacán. Culiacán is the most populated and extensive city of the state of Sinaloa, was founded on September 29,1531 by the Spanish conquistador Nuño Beltrán de Guzmán. The first trace of the city was made by the architect Luis F. Molina.
