Tamazunchale
Tamazunchale is the name of a Mexican City and Municipality located in the state of San Luis Potosí. They were founded in 1826. There one of the rebellions against Porfirio Díaz developed. They present a mountainous orography and a great presence of indigenous groups. They are located in the southern part of the state, adjacent to the state of Hidalgo, and have a wide vegetation of multiple and varied colors. Its economy is based on local and foreign trade. There is the Tamazunchale combined cycle plant, joint venture between CFE and Iberdrola.
