Los Reyes de Juárez
Los Reyes de Juárez is a municipality in Puebla in southeastern Mexico. The glyph of its foundation is represented by an onion and a comal, which means: "In the comal of the onions". Previously it was known as "Xonaca Comac" which are two Nahua words that mean "xonaca": onion and "comac": comal. Like other regions it is characterized by weaving Ixtle, its typical gastronomy that it conserves is the mole poblano, tamales, preserves of tejocote and the pulque.
