Hostotipaquillo
Hostotipaquillo is a town and municipality in the Valleys Region of the state of Jalisco, Mexico. It is located approximately 84 km west of Guadalajara. According to the II Population and Housing Count of 2005, the municipality had 8,228 inhabitants, of which 4,130 were men and 4,098 were women, whose name comes from Nahuatl and is interpreted as "Sobre la Cueva". It has a territorial extension of 697.94 km² and its population is mainly dedicated to the primary sector.
