Wyandotte County
Wyandotte County, founded in 1859, is one of 105 counties in the US state of Kansas. In the year 2009, the county had a population of 155,085 inhabitants and a population density of 396 people per km². The county seat is Kansas City, the county is named after the Huron tribe or known as Wyandotte. Wyandotte County is part of the Kansas City metropolitan area.
