Chattahoochee County
Chattahoochee County is a county in the US state of Georgia. In the 2000 census the county had a population of 14,882 inhabitants. The county seat is Cusseta, the county is part of the Columbus metropolitan area. It was formed on February 13,1854 from portions of Muscogee and Marion counties. It was named after the Chattahoochee River, which is born in the western part of the county.
