Crittenden County
Crittenden County is a county in the US state of Arkansas. In the 2000 census it had a population of 50,866 inhabitants. The county seat is Marion, Crittenden County was the 12th of the current 75 counties of Arkansas to be created, being founded on October 22,1825. It was named after Robert Crittenden, the first Secretary of the Territory of Arkansas It is part of the metropolitan area of Memphis.
