Departamento de Concordia
Concordia is a department of the northeast of the province of Entre Ríos in the Argentine Republic. Take the name of its head, the city of Concordia. It is the sixth smallest in the province with 3259 km² and the second most populated, with 170 033 inhabitants according to the 2010 census. It is bordered on the west by the Federal and San Salvador departments, on the north by the Federation department, on the south by the department of Colón and to the east with the Eastern Republic of Uruguay, from which it is separated by the Uruguay River and the reservoir of the Salto Grande dam on the same river.
