Santander
Santander is one of the thirty-two departments of the Republic of Colombia. Its capital is Bucaramanga. It is located in the northeast of the country, in the Andean region, bounded on the north by Cesar and Norte de Santander, on the east and south by Boyacá, on the west by Antioquia and northwest by Bolívar, with approximately 2,060,000 inhabitants in 2015.
