St Helier
Saint Helier is the largest city and capital of Jersey, a dependency of the British Crown located on the Channel Islands, although the government house is located in St. Savior. It has an estimated population of 28,000 inhabitants. The parish covers a surface area of 10.6 km², being 9% of the total area of the island. The coat of arms of the parish are two crossed axes of gold on a blue background, symbolizing the martyrdom of St. Helerius and the sea.
