Grand Kru
Grand Kru is a county in the southeastern part of the West African nation of Liberia. It is one of the 15 counties that comprise the primary administrative division of the country. Created in 1984, it has the city Barclayville as capital, the county area is 3,895 square kilometers. The 2008 Census indicates that Grand Kru has a population of 57,106 people, making it the least populated county in Liberia. The Grand Kru Distinguished Superintendent is Rosalind Sneh. The county is bordered by Gee River County to the northeast, Sinoe County, and Maryland County. The southern part of Grand Kru has coasts in the Atlantic Ocean.
