Brong-Ahafo
The region of Brong-Ahafo is located in the mid-west of Ghana, between Ashanti and the border with Côte d'Ivoire. The capital of the region is Sunyani. Although this region has a great variety of cultural and wildlife attractions, it is less known by tourists than other regions such as Ashanti, Central Region or Greater Accra. The main tourist attractions of the region are: Kintampo, with its beautiful waterfalls and its park, and the Boabeng-Fiema Monkey Sanctuary.
