Xiangkhoang
Xiangkhoang is a province of Laos located in the northeast of the country. It was heavily bombed during the Vietnam War. At the beginning it was known as Muang Phuan. Many people speak with a slightly different accent than the usual Vientiane accent. Lum Phuan is extremely popular in this region.
