Zambezi
Zambezi is currently one of the 14 administrative regions of Namibia, until 2013 its name was Caprivi. Before Namibia declared its independence, in 1989, this territory integrated the country of South-West Africa, which was under South African rule. During that period, the bantustan or self-governed homeland of East Caprivi was established there, which would eventually form a nominally independent State, then dissolved.
